This year, $15,000 in Health & Wellness grants are available through school contests, including $2,000 for the middle school with the highest participation!

The more Newton families and students who participate, the better our chance to earn additional funds for our school! Grants for participation are based on percentage of runners signed up for our school. Students from each grade who participate in the race also get a ticket for a 'chance to win' a prize for their grade level!

Street Smarts runs from August 1 through April 30. Schools earn at least five points per dollar spent. Receipts are accepted from August 1, 2026 through April 30, 2027.
